Where did you get blue colored headlights or is it just blue film over the standard ones?

Got them off the net (Ebay I beleive). It's some kind of H4 Conversion they sell. To be honest I didm't think they would look good when I got them. They are a plastic on the outside. Once they were on, it was a totally different story.
