Looks clean, is this a recent photo since you had the work done that I was reading about? mark belrose Member August 14, 200618 yr comment_12671 Share this post Hey Craig, this is actually an older picture before I installed John Coffey's block. Pictured is my original block which I grenaded at California Speedway a few years back. At least I didn't have to drain the oil out after that engine failure since all 12 quarts were nicely laid out onto the track. Regarding the crankfire, that's one of the few components that's always been reliable on the car. Hope to see you and the faster half at the track one of these days. I think Octoberfest at Buttonwillow will be my only remaining track event for the year. mark belrose Member August 15, 200618 yr comment_12674 Share this post Hey Ron, I'll try to make it out early next year, at least the the Palm Springs event. That looked like a lot of fun based on some previous pictures I saw of you racing your roadster. See you at Laguna Seca this weekend? d240zx2 Member October 11, 200717 yr comment_13355 Share this post That's a real clean set-up, Mark. As clean as I've ever seen. The paint scheme is unique, too and gives the impression of motion. I like it. Frank Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/gallery/image/19273-dry-sumped-l-series-motor/#findComment-13355 Share on other sites
