Just big enough to hold tires and tools. Pretty much all I need, and it doesn't weigh much at all. I am guessing about 500 lbs trailer and cargo.

Marty, tuck up that wire harness or cable or what ever you got hanging under the trailer. Don't need that catching on something and pulling it off. Couple wire ty-raps should do fine.

Yep, good idea. That is a steel cable that is threaded through the frame and then looped through the center of the wheels to lock it on. I can also loop it around the spokes a couple of times to take up the slack.

I know a few people were following along on this- been a while since I last posted here- but finally all came together!
Mounted up and running strong! Still a few details to work out; but runs good, sounds good, feels good on the initial pulls. Super happy it worked out!

Well I decided to go for it -

Went with 42's and a TWM manifold. Still lots to sort out, but Ill start another thread on it somewhere and link it back here. Rought calculations hopefully put it in between an OER setup and a Mikuni PHH setup $wise.
