Well Used Equipment

Nice picture.  Those tires were probably good for another 10 miles before they would have blown out.  I had a friend in high school who had little money.  He drove on a tire on his car until it let air out because the tread area wore all the way through.  I inspected the tire after it lost air and couldn't believe what I was seeing.  Boy did he get his money's worth out of that tire.  I wonder if anyone has ever put duct tape over a worn area to get a few more miles?
