This is bent and I am not sure how it affects the engine. It may look like it but it is actually not touching anything. It actually has very good clearance of everything.

this is quite common, you could lose oil feed to cam - factory used to have a pressed-steel replacement for the cast item , cos theyre almost impossible to repair.

looks like you are not getting any oil to the aft section of the cam (cly 6) I would replace the cam oiler with a new one.

Mounted up and running strong! Still a few details to work out; but runs good, sounds good, feels good on the initial pulls. Super happy it worked out!
