can hardly see the Z ! what is a rp975 ? it does look clean.

As much as I love Zs, I'll always have a place in my heart for 510s.

Do they both have the same wheels? And is the chrome window surround missing from the Z? Nice cars

Sorry I didn't see your post before now.

Yes they do have the same wheels,This picture was taken in about 1984 at Oran Park, the zwas mine it had a 307 Chev and a full cage with Enkie Cross Fever Racing wheels.The other car was my brother's 1600 with a worked 2ltr. We used to do club motorsport back then.

My other z at the time was a white 240z with the same wheels and mini BRE stripes on the top portion of the guards and my brothers 1600 matched that.

On the day the photo was taken I was on my way to the track and while driving through Liverpool I saw this really neat red 1600 at a set of traffic lights on my right! I nearly broke my neck looking at it as I drove past because it was so neat and had the same wheels as well. It turned out to be my brothers, and he didn't tell me that he was getting it resprayed , it was such a surprise!

The window surround wasn't missing but it might have been painted black.
