Would look much better painted in a matte grey IMO, the bumper kinda "disapears" into the grill. Dark grey such as on the Watanabe's would look great, as your bumper is too nice to have it not stand out.

I agree. It looks good, but I had to look at both pictures since the first shot kind of blends the bumper and new grille together.

Definitely a Dark Matte Grey or just darker than the bumper to help the eye differentiate between the two.

That cheesy "license plate" has got to go though.

I like it! If it was darker like a gun metal grey it would be a 10! (I have that same Datsun sticker on my toolbox!)

Whew, at least people agree with me....

I will say it's been a long time since I've seen an airdam with the license plate "cutout" in it, so you don't have to have the plate in the stock location. Makes ya wonder why they all aren't like that.

I'm the lone dissenter; I don't like it. I like what you're doing, I just don't care for the material you're working with. I like something more of a matte gray/flat black "honey comb" look than what you've located.
