Electron Blue Pearl Metallic

I love the blue, I painted my 260Z in Royal Blue Pearl.

I was thinking of yellow or black but I saw this paint on a Honda and really wanted to get it for my Z. Thanks for the response.

I stripped, repaired, primed and painted it myself! The paint is from Honda. It is very expensive because of the pearl. I think it was $250 a gallon. In all I spent around $1000 in supplies.

I thought you have to lay the pearl seperately

its got 4 layers, its really hard to get it right

nope, it was all mixed in. Not like those custom jobs where they layer the flake and the transparent candy. I just painted 3 base coats and was careful to keep the mixture stirred up. Then 3 coats of clear.
