Description
I purchased this car during my high school years in Oregon (86-88). I bought it from the original owner, Bob Gilder (the golfer). He purchased the car when he first started golfing and married to his wife Peggie. After driving it for many years, he gave the car to one of his family members, who painted it black. In 1986, I saw the car sitting in their garage. It had a blown engine and all the hydraulics were dried up. After spending some time refreshing the car, I was able to drive it back to my house. I rebuilt the engine, hydraulics system, and many other projects to get it back on the road.
I drove the car through high-school, college, and eventually pulled it apart and did an entire rebuild where I painted it yellow. You can see more at my blog below. - Current Color Yellow
