  2. Been having a blast in Orlando. Spent a rainy afternoon with Dave WM. Went to Skycraft, which was fricken awesome!! To be honest, I was even a little overwhelmed at Skycraft! Too much to see on just one trip. I hit 1010 Brewing and Ocean Sun today which were both excellent. And got some great recommendations for dinner. I'm at the hotel right now drying out before dinner! Ill try to post some pics, but it might have to wait till I'm home. @siteunseen I was wearing my favorite Back Forty Brewing shirt on my travels and it got a great reception at both brewpubs! Wish you could have been there!

Site, funny you should mention a weedeater, I use weedeater nylon line instead of rope to do windows, it has a small diameter and smooth so it slides past the rubber very well.
  4. Depending on the year and location, unfortunately, some don't have a choice on that.
  5. ^ Yes they do... Fuel pressure should be maintained by check valve in Fuel Pump. Losing pressure after sitting for 5 weeks could be a sign that there is a problem with the Fuel Pump. My first thought would be to remove the small plastic pre-filter, cut it open and see if it is plugged with debris. Second thought... As always, check all your grounds and electrical connections thoroughly. Regular use of an Electrical contact cleaner is pretty much a SOP on these vintage cars.
  6. Epic thread dig i know... BUT i read this thread recently and then went about actually getting it done! Here is the long awaited modern replacement to the oscillator box for the 240Z rally clock. The clock has exactly the same movement as the stock setup. This circuit completely replaces your old oscillator box and is driven by a super accurate microprocessor, instead of a tuning fork. We have a full working example after reverse engineering my own rally clock. It now keeps time more precisely than the factory unit and will be very reliable, with no moving components. We have also located a plug that will be compatible with the OEM harness for people wanting a plug in solution. You can see from the pictures that you can actually mount this PCB inside the clock it is so small. If you are interested, we are happy to supply just the circuit or an installed board depending on what you want. If you want a metal box from jaycar we can do that, or post us your original oscillator box and we can convert it. Let me know what you want! First run will be about 10 units so get in quick! PCB cost is $99AUD each which is 1/4 of the price of the actual oscillator box which may not work! https://youtu.be/FXkWDCBmsII https://youtu.be/hwJEogI84pw
