  1. I've had the JB Water Weld on for about two years now with no leaks around the electrical terminals. Proper prep is essential. I ( or rather my mechanic/slave ) took the sending unit out, cleaned it thoroughly around the terminals with a Dremel and SS brush. Then applied the Water Weld epoxy to both interior and exterior surfaces around the terminals. Seems to be working so far....
  2. Now you got a prototype a little refinement and when does the product come to market???? Just joking nice clean peoject
  3. Kind of like this ?! Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  4. First check the coolant level before starting it. I bet it's low...top it off... Don't let it idle with out keeping an eye on the gauge. If it gets to 3/4 of the way up, try touching the upper radiator hose. Don't get burnt!!! and don't stick you hand in the fan!!! If you can touch it, then check the thermostat housing. Your hands can't handle temps that are truely above half way on the temp gauge. If you can touch those two and the valve cover the engines probably not overheating it is seeing steam at the thermostat. You are best off to not let the gauge get into the red. If it gets hot, let it cool off and add some coolant. When it get's half way rev it a little bit to move the water through the engine to flush out the air Report back exactly what you see, did and how you did it. We will go from there...
  5. Nice, I like the automatic antenna too. Those are big pieces of aluminum. Plenty of room for adding other goodies. I've always wanted a atomic jeco that syncs time with my wireless home internet. Arduino and step motors and plenty of c code but very cool.
  6. Got this car cover for the 240 at Costco for $28 plus tax. Really happy with the fit and material. Nice for keeping the dust off the car while stored in the garage. Just thought I would pass this along. Works good on the roadster as well.
