  1. 2 inch is what I have, it's a good tight fit. two and a quarter inch would be perfect and would go all the way down and sit flat over the opening. That one over the shift coupler is an inch and a half I believe.
  2. I almost forgot how much work was involved when doing these types of repairs until I look at your thread to remind me. Now I get to be the one to say man you are nuts and brave to tackle on a project like this. Good to see that your making progress on it. I've been so busy with work for awhile I dont have the motivation to get things done with my project. Keep it up!!
  3. I'm such a butterfly! Got sidetracked with building the new "bulldog" end for the passenger side. Made a form around the dead one and welded in new capture nuts. Stretched, pounded, cut and welded the shape out. Still needs final fitting...
  4. ZcarDepot has the OEM hatch rubber plugs. https://zcardepot.com/exterior/rubber-grommets/rubber-plug-spare-tire-hatch-area-oem.html
  5. Kind of thought of it but not sure they would be interested in something like this. I've never sold anything to a business, though I guess I might could ask just to see what they say. I see, so a kit consisting of the front lower section of the quarter panel, the rear sections of the inner and outer rockers, the rear tie in plate sandwiched between the rear section of the rockers ( not sure what its called), and possibly the lower part of the door jam, also perhaps the lower front part of the wheel well. I'll have to think about that, it would indeed be a nice repair kit for the dogleg area.
