  2. Hooked the trickle charger up anticipating a early morning drive. 62 degrees this morning so hoping for the same tomorrow. I think I'll take the dog?
  3. Its still running very rough. I suspect that maybe I knocked something out of whack with the carbs when I removed/reinstalled the intake manifold. Like I said above, It's going in to the mechanic for repair of the cam shaft so I'll have him look at the SUs. He knows them inside out. Thanks for the help.

  5. ok guys, its Saturday night. One of my favorite things to do is have a couple cold PBR's and record some tunes. (very relaxing) Here are a couple pics of my machines. feel free to post some pics of your stuff and links to your favorite tunes one of my favorite bands.
  6. I was just looking back at your paint thread yesterday and was going to ask if you ever had chance to get them mounted up. Glad to hear you were able to get it raised up some and is riding well. Did you go with their standard coil rates? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I took a look at the 78 wiring diagram, and the fuse that powers the voltmeter powers the following: Hazard flasher Steering lock switch (which then feeds the left hand door switch, which then feeds the door open warning chime) Voltmeter needle For 78, that's it. Just those three things. So since I know that the top two fuses in the left hand column are for right hand and left hand headlights respectively, we have three of the fuses sussed out (for 77 and 78 at least) Someone else can take a couple fuses, and pretty soon, we'll have them all done!
  8. Continued on with the dual exhaust fab . I now have pipe from front to back - but nothing solidly welded yet.
