And since the right position can have both letters and numbers there are 36 choices, I'm guessing that is day of the year. Making the left position the month. Some supporting pics. This caliper came from a 78. Date code "1 8 R" : And these came from a mid-1970 build. Codes "3 0 B" and "3 0 Z" : And on my 77, I didn't pull a wheel and take a pic, but I've got a "3 7 K"

True, but sites like Jauce let you buy NOS parts and other rare parts, if you want, like I do, its the price that needs paid, otherwise there wouldn't be any restoration.

SO, in driving long distances in the heavy rain, I found the car handles very well. What I also found is that when I switched to defrost to clear the windshield fogging, the heat comes on. Is that a normal function of the Z system? If so, I'll have to figure out a way around it

I have a box full of Hitachi radios (both MW and MW/FM) liberated from UK market HS30Us. If you look at the factory R-Drive Export parts manuals you can see that all the Hitachi audio equipment (including the stereo receivers and the 8-tracks) were available as optional equipment. European sales brochures and spec lists show the Hitachi AM radio as standard equipment.

Tools and books This 240ZG came with all the tools and books , I can see the paper has a stamp dated " 47 . 6 . 15" means 15th Jun 1972. And the screw driver is a reversible type, and a wood grip! I will show inside of the books , invoices, and a highlight is an owners memo which was recoded for his questions / complains / wants etc. Kats

The center one is a 8 track stereo it has got out put amp. The right one is a cassete deck for a car which became the first production model for the car.This applyed 610/710 as a option he said. #3 The bottom,you can see the 240Z ownament.I asked Mr.Matsuo about this proto emblem when I found this in Mr.Matsuo's article.He said,"...this quater ownament was a design study,made of wood,I do not have this anymore" "...410 SS and SSS was my original concept and I designed emblems and I was deeply involved to produce these car,and this success brought me a promotion to a cheif designer of a sports car studio.That is why (SS and) SSS is very important for me."
