  1. Yesterday I got another bunch of NOS parts for my project, straight from the Nissan Stocks: Fuel tank sensor / sender Mounting ring and O-ring, plus the timing cover gasket. Front and rear bumper rubbers, Inspection lid foam rubber pieces and rubber seals Various spark plug wire brackets Hood bumpers, Hood stoppers and inspection lid rubber bumpers Window crank fasteners, Engine tube hose clamps and some heater panel knobs And last but not least, I also got a Swiss 260Z 2+2 brochure, which i for whatever reason didn't have in my collection yet: I also did some actual work on the car again, so stay tuned for another update, soon.
  2. You should be able to easily locate the larger hole at the center of the three hole pattern, to get close. It is a little bigger than 5/8" diameter. Hopefully even through the padded vinyl you can find that hole and then as @bpilati mentioned, use a template traced from the visor. Good Luck. 😄
  3. I just happened upon this topic, did you ever get your question answered? Here is a picture of the faceplate from the radio for my 7/70, #6521. It has the "rounded font". I've owned the car for 47 years, so I'm quite sure it's original. I also have 1/70 fully restored Zed, #957. TO my surprise it's OE radio faceplate has the "blockish type font". I don't believe that it is the original radio to the car. Here's a pic. I had a look on BaT at a number of 70 and 71's, early and late with the early radio, and all had the rounded type font. I think that the block font ones are reproductions. Just a theory. Here is a snippet from 240zrubberparts.com. If you zoom in and squint It looks to me like a blockish font. Does anyone have one of these to check? https://www.240zrubberparts.com/product-page/70-71-am-radio-faceplate-complete https://www.240zrubberparts.com/category/all-products?page=3
  4. Well I decided to pick a new header. I wanted the header to give my room on port 5-6 for my lower mounted actuator and also get out of the way of the throttle bodies a little more. I decided on the Kameari drag 45mm. Which I purchased through Binh Nguyen. The header design gives me plenty of clearance for my actuator and throttles! Pretty darn happy with it overall. Prior I had a now moth balled Fujitsubo header. Which had a terrible runner design for a lower actuator.
  5. Thanks for the reply. I overlooked the RH, but it looks much like the OA6 - leaner than the N27 for the first two stations and richer at every other station. I'll add it to the rather narrow consideration set.
