I have my car parked right now but the problem that I am having is that my battery goes dead all the time. I charge it up so I can start the car and let it run,but the charge won't stay. The car has a brand new battery. Does anyone have any knowledge on where I can start to look for a power to ground leak? I've recently had a tune up and a brand new exhaust (with a header) done to the car and before this I did'nt have any problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you guys. P.S. I love this site. Jim 1972 240Z HLS30-71736

Hi, this is Jim from Osoyoos in British Columbia,Canada. I was wondering if any one knows where I can get information about the rear molded panels in my car. They have cracked a bit. Can I just cover them with fabric for now to customize my interior? I'm redoing my interior and I would also like some information on rug kits and floor mats. Thank you for the input about my decision to put in a sun-roof. I think that I will hold off on that choice. You all have convinced me.thanks for now,Jim.

Hi every one.I've never joined anything like this before, but I'm pretty excited about what I might learn.I own a 1972 240Z which I've had for a couple of years now. I have done a fair bit of work to the car and I can't wait to get it back on the road! I have driven it before and just love it.This is my third 240Z that I have owned over the years and I can't seem to want to get away from them. This car I have now was parked for a number of years when I found it,so there is very little rust.It seems pretty tight. The car has a rip in the roof liner and I would like to hear your opinion about getting a sun-roof put in? I think I would probably get a lot better view when I drive through the beautiful mountains in B.C.I sure can't wait to do some touring.I drove the first 240Z that I owned to California and back in the early eighties .Boy was that a blast.I took a lot of back roads with nasty curves and loved life to the fullest. Thanks for listening.I'll be back soon,Jim.
