  1. Yeah and I Think he has been spending too much time tasting the wines. As far as the Wiggles go........... children's music is the only thing I dread about Fatherhood.
  2. I just bought a set for the rear... I'll be getting some for the front though. Here's the deal, They are $89 per pair (plus shipping), and he takes credit cards. He has several sets left and I've worked out a deal that I can get a discount on mt front set depending on how many I refer over to him that buy. Just tellin it like it is. If you buy them from him, tell him Dwight with the orange 240 sent you oh and let me know to.... His name is Dave, pretty damn nice guy (I just met him the once), his website is www.arizonazcar.com and his email address is dave@arizonazcar.com. I hope to get arounf to installing these this weekend so I'll let ya know how it goes. Here is a pic of the ones I bought from him.

My original point to the post was that if someone were close enough to pick up the car without a huge expense it would be worth the price just for the parts. Even though it is a '73 (so the carbs are worthless big deal). I just wonder if the person who bought it is a member of this group?
  9. I agree on the price....... It is a great deal. I just don't have the funds to go that route. I'm also trying to keep the Z from dropping that extra inch

I'll take the rear bumper and wiper assembly.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2403495453&category=6783 She may be ugly, but she may also be worth the price in parts if someone is close enough. **I don't know anybody involved in this
  11. found a guy who says he has what we want :classic: He is local so I'll be going to check on it Monday, I'll let you guys know what I find out.

I think the prices will go up a bit more, then drop a little and even out.... They'l still be a little highter than they were last year. Right now I think a lot of people are riding on the new Z energy created (falsely in MY opinion) by Nissan and that 350Z...... I seem to remember the same thing happening when they brought out the 240sx.

Anybody out there know if the 260 springs will work on the 240? How much are you looking to get for them? Shipping would be to Chandler, AZ 85225. Thanks!

Just wanted to revive the post and see if anybody had a set of rear springs........ I'd be willing to split up a set if someone out there needed front springs and we could find them OEM style.
  15. Quit trying to sell the car for he. if she finds a buyer that is willing to spend the 600 thats fine... give her a couple of weeks of trying to sell it and then ask her if she is ready to be reasonable. I hope she is paying you for your efforts you've put into this car.
  16. $24 to start off (including shipping) seems a bit on the high side for a t shirt..... especially when its something one could make themselves if they had the desire.

It's the lights man! I just can't stand them.
  18. Can you post some pics? The "significant" rust thing is whats getting to me. If it's easily repairable thats one thing but if it isn't it might have to be a donor car.

So do you work at a paying job, or do you just enjoy giving into our every whim and desire...... Z related at least.

The price is crazy....... no offense intended for the owner but this is just another example of people overvaluing what they have..... and the "Cloth?" interior looks like the stuff they put in truckbed covers....... I don't like it.

I get it...... and I agree, I was just mentioning a possible reason for it not being allowed. I love the freedoms we have and am not suggesting anybody be censored....... shot maybe but not censored.

to allow people to create there own monikers.... Some may cross a line and others ay easily be offended. Leaving Mike and the other moderators to "babysit" people and what they chose to say.

Because NOBODY wants to be responsible for Kyle........... we all would like to hang out with him, have a few beers and get into some trouble with him. but we don't want to be responsible for him Dwight

Gotta give that rear end a little lift I'm looking for a set of new rear springs, the ones that keep the car at original height. I have the front pair, now all I need is the back pair. dnklovstad@msn.com Dwight
  25. Looks like a nice project car in Oregon going pretty cheap....... Not affilated with this at all, just spotted it. Dwight http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2401972162&category=6187
