At the shop getting painted. As soon as she get her new cosmetic surgery completed, I will post pics.
  6. Definitely use the NGKs. Ran Bosch Platinums once, (once) and they sucked out loud. As to the wires, I'm running the Taylor Hi-Pros and have been very happy. Plus the added blue looks pretty under my hood!
  7. Bob, I'll guess $15,501 JFWY! I'll go with $19,400. I'd normally go higher, but I don't think that color is going to help its resale. I wish her the best though. She probably has the same birthday as my little Z, 5/72. They grow up so fast

If I had any doubt, MSA made my mind up for me. Several scuffs and scratches on teh spook. Looks like it is Laguna Blue Pearl and Chevy Super White!
  9. Do you have a cat and have you seen him lately?

Glad to hear you like it Geezer. Ordered a ducted spook from MSA and it should be here tomorrow. Now, do I paint it blue with white daytona stripes to match the car or leave it black?

We made a love connection. Kewl. I need to get my Z down to your neck of the woods Mally. My folks retired outside of Sevierville and there are some nice winding roads to explore in Tennessee.

Nice mats Mally. Thanks for the excellent offer, it is appreciated, but I think I'm just going to get the "Z" logo's.

The two items I was looking to buy. Glad to know they are of good quality and you like them.

Any recs on where to buy a front set of "Z" logo'd mats for my 240? Found them at MSA for $79.95. Anybody buy these? What's the quality? Thanks for any feedback.
  20. Dead on on the "cut & paste". Who said plagiarism was dead?
  21. Does the RX-7 pump link up fairly easily?
  22. I got mine from the local Safelite auto glass guys OEM. I paid a litttle over $200 installed. Make some calls dude.
  23. I ordered a chrome windshield trim kit from Black Dragon two years ago and just got around to getting my new windshield installed. The guy installing my new windshield glass wasn't able to save the old long chrome piece that runs across the top. I thought I was safe since I had already bought the new chrome. To my surprise the new set didn't have the top piece with it! When I called BD I was informed that it was out of their return period and that I was boned! :stupid: Long story still somewhat long, does anybody know where I can just get the top piece of windshield chrome for my 72? Thanks.
  24. Needs more interior shots.
  25. Seats looked nice. Not $7,500 nice mind you. I think if you could get her for under $1,000.00 (depending on closer inspection of the paint and body work) it could be a good start. A good paint job can be expensive. Also you'd have to factor the whole "oh God, I hope I don't scratch my new paint job installing EVERYTHING in this car!" feeling. I am curious as to the interior and how much of the electrical system is left. At least it has a new exhaust for the nonexistent motor. !
