  1. I am not a huge fan but that yellow one looks like a nice job.
  2. So do any of you guys have a contact for the guy in Japan who makes these headlight covers to suit a G-Nose? I am real keen to get my hands on a pair. Unless someone on this site has a set they would like to part with. I might live down under but realise that if I want a set I will have to get them from overseas somewhere. Any leads would be much appreciated as half a dozen guys over here want a set. Cheers

  6. A bit too loud for my likeing. Definately an aquired taste and yeah still not a bad price. I do want those head light covers. Does anyone one know where they come from? Or are they just a myth now. For the record I have 9" mags on my F & Rear. So the offset on that car must be huge and unecessary and still don't fit under the guards!
  7. Yep looks great. Always a load off your mind knowing that the panels don't have any rust in them anymore. Well done and a classic colour too.
  8. Well it's the age old question. Your new car sounds nice. But the fume problem is a univeral one. I think the fumes actually get sucked in through the rear hatch of the car when the window is down. When my window is up I get nothing. I have searched high and low and tried everything and concluded it is the rear hatch. I brought some inch wide or there abouts and 5mm thick single sided sponge rubber tape on a roll. I stuck this to the top of the hatch where the rubbers would seal or touch the hatch. To close the gap. This definately reduced the fume problem. Also I would be sealing up every nut and bolt hole in you rear of the hatch including floor etc. I cut small pieces of aluminum and siliconed them over these misc holes. Quick, easy and cheap. Even over the two large bolt holes between the rear struts. Hopefully the rea lights are sealed pretty well and you should get rid of 80-90% of the problem.
  9. Sounds a nice car. Yes if you have coil overs you will be able to fit 17 x 9"s all round like I have. I have 255 wide tyres on the back but only fit 235mm comfortably on the front. I have now flared my guards by 20mm front and rear and will now be able to get 275 and 255 on my car. Just confirmation of what will fit on your Zed.
  10. Ha nice one. Yeah took a lot of work but the nose came up pretty well and the side vents seem to suit the front as well. As for the "O" well this was the first site I ever logged onto so using my full name was pretty cheezy after looking at others, but too late to change now. Took my car in this morning and showed the guys all those pictures. So hopefully they will come up with something similar from mounting my rear end. Great site I would never have come up with those ideas and I don't know of any Zeds in Australia with a rear end like that one above. Awesome.
  11. That makes sense Darrel. Looks like I won't be able to put one in anyway since I have a 95 ltr Alloy tank that is about 3" away from the standard diff mount. No airflow past this as well. It all might get a bit tight for my liking anyway. I will stick with the new brace and see what I can do to replace the standard moustache bar. I printed your link off as well to keep the ideas flowing. I will post up the finished product when it is done in a week or two.
  12. Wow that is a nice rear end. Nearly as good as this chick's I saw down the beach on the weekend. Question do you think those finn's really make that much difference to the oil temperature? I presume that's what they are for.
