Sneak peak of the 2009 370Z

Paul Newman
Such an unfortunate conclusion for such a remarkable man. Over $250 million raised for charity, a successful racing/acting/business career, all done with a "one of the guys" attitude that seems to be in short supply these days. Cheers, PLN, and thank you. Best to you and your family.

$30,000 Datsun 240z's....Get yours before it's too late
Well shoot, that's just what I need to hear. I've been looking off and on for the right 240 for a good 3 years now. I guess I better get my but in gear! Anybody know where I can get clean, rust free example? Looking for green/white/red/silver preferably stock or 'tastefully' hot-rodded (i.e. period correct) -Paul

Looking for a Z.
Anybody know who owns this 73? You may recall this car was for sale sometime ago here on this site and sold to someone in Minnesota. I pm'd the original seller regarding it's whereabouts and status, but I don't believe he frequents this site too often. I came this close to purchasing this car at the time but it was simply a case of right car/wrong time. Any help would be great! Regards, Paul

73 on Ebay. Toughts?
Came across this nice 73 lastnight. The exterior shots certainly make the car look fantastic, but the engine and interior shots could be better. Wonder what the underside looks like. Any thoughts on how high this auction might go? I've been away from the Z world for awhile. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=4646946795&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT

Wanted: 1972 240z
Looking for a 240, and would love any help! The wish list: -RUST free (everywhere) -Good paint -Any color will do -Wouldn't mind the typical 2.8/5 speed set up w/ goodies, but can do with a stocker -Would prefer midwest/east coast, but can do California -$$ range of 4-9 dollars. Can you help a brother out??? Thanks, Paul

Could I trouble some people in the San Dimas area.......
To check on a Z I'm interested in?? Unfortunatly the seller does not have any photos to send me (one of those older guys that's not really pressing to sell the car), and I'd appreciate it if anyone in the are could really check it out. I would prefer a responsible individual who's not simply looking for a joyride to thrash around on a saturday morning . Fell free to PM me..... Many thanks in advance! -P R.I.P Johnny

Immaculately Restored 1972 240Z For Sale
You could sell it to a 'french collector', then market it for him to the tune of $40,000.... or whatever ridiculous price that red 73 was supposed to go for.

What kind of rims are these??
I was wondering if these are Hyashi's, like on Herve Oulette's 73 that was featured in Zcar magazine back in the day.

Hello fnccapt, ...You've got mail! Paul

Anyone know this car?
I guess this answers my post from earlier in the week whether if Fikse wheels (FM-10) would fit a z or not. Would have gone with 17"s in lieu of 18"s though.

Fikse wheels on a 240z?
Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has seen any zcars with the Fikse Fm-10 17" rims, or have any images of such rims they could share with the class???? After seeing them on a variety of 911s,I think a set would look sharp on the z (provided of course you're willing to shell out the $$$$). ....back to march madness!!! Cheers, Paul

Mini-cooper drivers out there?
You'll be sending her back to the dealer all the time since its a dodge (my opinion of course!) I have two coworkers that own PT's, and they're always taking the car back to have various issues fixed. The styling is also somewhat derivative (my opinion of course!). Take her to see the mini and drive one...she'll be hooked! For 22K, you can't beat the BMW engineering and the fantastic styling. With only a handfull being distributed per year in the U.S. market, you won't see them at every corner, either, as you do (at least in my neck of the woods) the PT,New Beetle, RSX, etc, etc. My girlfriend is picking her Cooper S in spring once the lease on her Jetta is up. I'd say try to get out there and take one for a spin. Cheers, Paul

Got my new Z, need some help!
ah ah, Bo....so YOU were the one that beat me to the Z. I was gonna stop by and check it out on my way back home when I talked to the previous owner. BTW he told me it belonged to a prince from the carribean! He seemed like a nice guy, perhaps he got his stories confused. So how do you like it so far? Paul
