Do the four and five speed trannys have the same top speed?

Thanks guys. I'm probably going to go woth the Falken Ziex ZE-512 in a 205 60 14 for now. If I can't get those, I'll just run some more 195 70's until I find some decent 15 inch rims, maybe the Konig Rewind. Sean240z, your car looks good with those Falkens!

I'm personally not a fan of taller tires. But I dont like to ride on rubber bands, so 195 60 seems like the middle.

Well, I've always wanted Falken RT-615 and the only size in 14 is a 195/60. Does anybody have 195/60/14 on their car? My car is for mostly street driving, but I drift on weekends sometimes. I dont have enough money for an extra set of wheels and tires, so I want a good tire for both. Sport Compact Car said the RT-615 is the best street tire they have had yet.

I need new tires, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I am thinking of getting Falken Ziex ZE-512 in a 205 60 14 all around. Im looking for a good handling tire with reasonable treadwear.

I was wondering if the headlight surrounding on a '74.5 260z is interchangable with the later model s130 280zx. I believe the later model ZX changed from a metal surround to a plastic. Should that make a difference in the way it fits?

V-8 swaps aren't that bad, but I'd take a the six over the eight any day. What kinds of things did you do in the Z club?

Sweet. My friend has a '86 Z31 Turbo, so we are going to go to a meet at that club now, just to see what its like. If there are any V8 swaps, I'm leaving.

Hello everyone! I just recently purchased the car of my dreams, a 1974 260z. Now i'm here. Most people don't appreciate the Z car tradition, so I figured a Z car forum would. This is my second car. My first was a 1981 Accord hatch. It was a very cool car, but my new one is way cooler. so, about my car. It has a 4 speed, all stock engine, still has the cat, has an HKS Ti Hi power muffler that I put on, and an aftermarket bodykit that I am selling. The only problem with the car is the driver side fender, headlight bucket, and the front bumper is broken (fiberglass.) The thing that was coolest about the car is that I got it for 600 dollars, and drove it home. Well, let me know if you want a bodykit.
