I am needing a new hood, but all I can find are 280zx hoods. Will those ones bolt on to my 260z?

I was wondering if the brake rotors from a 280zx will swap onto my 1974.5 260z without changing the calipers or anything else.

The tires I have are 235/60/14. I didnt notice it until I put those tires on. The suspension seems to be in working order.The tires I put on are the same diameter as the 195/70's I took off. My friends think the body kit makes it look like the frame has moved, but it doesn't look like the body kit to me. The body seems to be gradually moving back every day.

OK.. my problem is that the body of my car is shifting off of the frame. I.E., the wheels are more toward the front of the fender than the rear.. a lot. Clearance between the rear of the tire and the fender is about 5". And clearance between the front of the tire and the fender is about 1.5". I haven't a clue how to fix this. Due to this problem, I cannot install my front air dam properly, because it rubs the front tires!! HELP ME!!

Well, the last time I was on this site, I was looking for tires. That was a while ago. Since then, my car has got 4 new tires 235 60 14, new seats, new steering wheel, door panel, shift boot, hood, headlight surround, exhaust donut gasket. Also my carbs have failed me. I tuned them for hours and couldn't get them to quit fouling out the plugs. Seeing is how they are flat tops, I have decided to ditch them and make a homemade intake manifold for a Carter AFB 500cfm 4 barrel. I'll have some pictures up later today.

I have had the car for about a month now. The first day I got it, the lights didn't work. So, naturally, I banged on the steering column, and messed with the high beams, and all my lights started working. Then the next day I tried to get them to work, and they never have since. I checked the fusebox with a multimeter and all the fuses are getting power. If the problem is in the high/low beam circuit, then why would that make my taillights stop working as well? One other thing that doesn't work is the hazards, and guage lights. But, the choke, defogger etc. lights work fine.

I've been trying to figure out what is wrong with my lights. I checked the fuses, I took apart the headlight switch, and I took the dash out and checked all connectors. None of the lights are unplugged or burnt out. BUT, my turn signals work. That's the only part of my lights that work. I'm stumped.

I didnt know they had that many combonations! I'll buy from the Z Store then. Did the Onyx come in any z car stock? Has anyone else bought from the Z store? It seems like a good place.

Well, I am just going to chisel away the remaining paint, I call it paint, but it is actually some sort of reflective plastic material, and paint it with a small brush. Hopefully it will look decent after my mutulation. What do you suggest I use to restore the glossy finish to the wood?

I have the origional shift knob for my 260, and I was wondering if there was any way to restore the red, white, and blue in it? Is this shift knob rare? The only other ones I have seen have the gears labeled on it.

I got my ignition key to work in the passenger door, but not the hatch, or the driver door. I guess those ones are just worn out because those are the ones that were used the most.
