To be honest i never even new the bluebird in this shape ever came out in the sss. i new they made the trx but a 2 door sss, thanks for bringing this up. Just out of curiosity you wouldn't happen to know where any 260z are? i don't mind if it's complete or not so long as it has a reasonable shell. Curtis

The past 2 years iv'e been to sydney and noticed there is a 200b coupe sitting in someones front yard. I havn't actually got out and looked at the car, to be honest i never thought much of it, but after doing a bit of research i have noticed people are starting to collect them. I would be interested on getting a few peoples opinion on the car and if it's worth looking at. remembering i have not gone over the car or had a decent look.:squareeye Regards Curtis

I found a brand new rear quarter on ebay Australia for $200.00
  12. Where abouts can i buy one of those kyosho models from. it looks great!!
  13. Arne. If i were you i would take a long think on this. 1 do you need the money or the car gone. As the car is a series 1 z it's worth saving. it may not be the best for rust but it is repairable. and eho said everything has to be done at once. You could do it one step at a time. My opinion is if you don't have to get rid of the car I would'nt but it's your decision. Curtis

Hello, after serious thought i've decided to restore my 260z 2+2. although i need to find another shell, as mine has been bent badly in the rear quarter and being a 2+2 there easier to find in australia. If anyone knows of a good shell that hasn't got to much rust and is'nt bent i would be more than interested.

I had he chance to drive a new z and the only problem I had was there was poor rear visability when you tried to look out the back. Apsrt from that the car handled superb and went well. Curtis

Beware. Last time i purchased a set of seat covers exactly the same as this they didn't respond so we ended up not doing the deal as we were afraid of getting ripped of as they didn't respond. Curtis
  17. Can either of you post some pictures of the flairs, As i would also be interested. Thanks Curtis

I am thinking of selling my 213th made 240z. under new cicumstances the car might have to go. it seems to be pretty good rust wise but does require a full restoration and is currently dissasembled. it is complete and comes with a brand new floor panel for the left hand side. The car was origanally a manual and comes with original engine. My second car is a 260z 2+2. it's in pretty much the same condition but has been sandblasted. At the moment i am only looking for offers on what the car's are worth, and a decision to sell the cars or not will be later on. Curtis

green 240z on ebay. what do you think about the 1970 z on ebay in Brisbane, Australia. I think the price is to high as the car dosn't run and has flairs, etc. One thing about the car that cought my attention is the build number as I have the 213th z.

This is truly a sad day for australia, it's unfortunate as he has a 3 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter. but atleast he died doing what he loved
  21. Hello, Personally I think there going up. although it depends on the seller and the condition of the car. I bought a 240z about 6 months ago and was the 213th car built with turbo etc for $900. If this car were to go on ebay I reckon i could have got 2000.00+.But at the end of the day people i talk to that thought they were just old dattos, are even now saying their getting hard to get and are going up in price. Curtis
  22. Is it possible you could post some pics of the car and the rust. By the sounds of things, the car sounds like its not that bad and is definately able to be restored without much difficulty. But would be better if we could see some pics first Curtis
  23. If you got it for a good price it would be worth it.

That looks to be a good car. the only thing I could think of to put on it would be the front bar. but thats just my opinion. Overall thats a damn good job. Curtis
  25. The car itself dosn't look that bad. I do agree that the price is starting to get up there. But it all depends on wheather you thinks it's worth it and how much you like the car. If poosible arange to view the car and see if it's worth it, or see how much the car gets up to in the last minutes of bidding. Curtis
