  1. If you're going to post these photos, why not include info and context?
  2. I never cared for the straps. The metal finish was low quality, and they had very limited utility.
  3. Not sure I'm follow what the problem is. Are you looking to replace these rubber pieces?
  4. That's cheap for that one. Get it! I paid more 20 years ago. Get it powder coated.
  5. If I had to choose again, I might go with the version without front brake cooling inlets.
  6. BRE spoilers if you want to maintain stock valance.
  7. Stock shifter will not work as-is with a 5 speed without interference. Most modified the shifter.
  8. It's a difficult job, so replace all the consumables (eg, rubber, rollers, etc) while you're in there. Grease what needs after cleaning all parts thoroughly.
  9. You know what we really need? New sprayer nozzles. Mine are mostly shot, and I hate them. Too bad there isn't a better nozzle out there.
  10. Okay, who's going besides me? Already registered!
  11. Where have you been? We're going to Tampa this year.
  12. I'm pretty certain they should be body color.
  13. Does fit in a channel or use adhesive?
  14. My car has no adhesive whatsoever. The OEM hardware works just fine.
  15. I just checked, so are mine. But the glasses are left and right since they have curvature. So they just printed all on the same side.
  16. Seems unlikely since the glass is curved.
  17. Window and door mechanisms are no fun. I had to gut the door to get a new latch mechanism installed. You might as well overhaul the door.
  18. So someone created a space for this box, or am I missing something?
  19. So far it sounds like there's nothing to be done.
  20. Okay I have a gripe, and very big gripe. Hagerty Drivers Club puts out a magazine. Well for years they've been Japanese autophobic except on very rare occasions. They have all the American and European car makers represented huge throughout their magazine, but Japanese automakers are conspicuously left out at least 99% of the time. I have written them several times with no success. I got a response about 20 years ago that they would attempt to do better. Fat chance! What can be done about it, because I know many Z owners send them business through their classic car and HPDE insurance..........me for one. But that may change. Thoughts? The latest edition has one Japanese car the KIA Niro EV...............stuck way in the back! 🤬
  21. I think the old style sprayers like the Z are junk compared to current tech. They bend out of position easy and clogged.
  22. I don't know the answer to this, but the 240Z quarter glass frame does not have threaded holes to attach the rubber strip.
