If my RX7 lovin' pals heard you blasphemin' like that, they would never let me live it down. Those spinich-eating weedeater powered rotarys have no business in a prescious jewell like a two-four-0! Just kidding! It sounds like a lot of HP to play with:D Give an update if you make it happen. I add to my offering 2 (two) (dos) (deux) Lexan F2100 windshields for the 240Z. These units are NOT legal for SCCA Road Racing per the 2002 GCR as they do not have the mar-resistant coating Denver wants us to use. (Their idea is that we are so cheap, we will use the windshield untill it's so scratched up it causes a glare problem. That's the reason for the MR finish) The FR2100 product is an FAA approaved, outdoor use, formable Lexan, well suited for the application. You can check out the product at www.gestructuredproducts.com. Just type in F2100 in the search window. These two units only, $250 each plus freight. First come first serve...
  4. The Lexan replacement windshields weigh in at 12lbs. The original windshield weighs 19.5lbs. GE Structued Products calims some impressive numbers on the impact resistance. See the data sheet for details. http://www.gestructuredproducts.com/sp1/gesp/industry/product.jsp?gradeCLID=786 Racer-19
  5. I don't have the exact wieght. I'll get it tomorrow and post it to this thread. Sorry for the lack of details... R-19
  6. I have SCCA legal (2002 GCR) Lexan FMR102 windshields (.25") in stock for the 240! I've been working on a source for a while and it has finally come through. $395 plus freight These are NOT designed to fit inside the old factory rubber or even a replacement gasket. You will have to drill the mounting holes in the Lexan and in your windshield opening flange. (It's not hard to do) Of course, I have the .125" polycarbonate quarters and rear hatch replacements as well. $25 each for the quarters and $50 for the hatch. I have the hatch replacements that fit inside the gasket or using the same mounting procedure as the windshield, you choose. The sides fit in the gasket using the stock frame. Come and get 'em! M/C-Visa-Paypal:D
