1973 240K Coupe
You are aware that that is also known as the Ken and Mary Skyline in Japan and is one of the most popular classics from Japan. There is a Ken & Mary GTR version with S20 engine (twin cam 2.0L straight 6) They have an extensive racing history and sell for very high prices, however the KGC110 is not as desireable as the KPGC110. Good Luck with the car, here are a couple images.

FS: 4 & 5 Speed Transmissions
I have my original 4 speed transmission from a 1972 240Z, It was given to me with the car, and it is not in working order to the best of my knowledge, it is missing the bolts that hold the 2 sides of the tranny together as well. I also have a transmission from a 1978 280Z 2+2, It was working fine, until one night it started with a loud whine noise, it still got me home, but it clearly needs some rebuilding. I am located in Southern California (Thousand Oaks, CA) You can come pick up, or I can deliver if close. Here are pictures. 4 speed transmission. 5 speed transmission. Thanks. Dave.

Spring Perch help!
I have a set of Ground Control coil overs for my 72 240Z... the question is: Do I have to cut off the old spring perch and weld on the supplied smaller spring perch? My only reservation with doing so is that, if I at any point want to go back to stock springs, I wont be able to... thanks. Dave.

72 240Z Coil Problems?
Well, now I have replaced the condensor, and balast, coil, plug wires, plugs, everything!! I have checked the points, they open and close and the gap is spot on... Where to go from here?? There isnt a fuse for the ignition! Is there some kind of a relay that may have gone bad, where would that be?? Im at a total loss here right now! meanwhile the car is sitting miles and miles away from home, and i drive over an hour each way just to work on it, or troubleshoot... the engine turns no problem! and everything mechanical is in excellent condition. thanks. 72 240Z Coil Problems?
1972 240Z with fresh rebuilt engine, new distributor, cap, rotor, etc.... Car was driving absolutley fine, until it just died at an intersection. Gas tank is full, battery is new, starter cranks freely, carbs are filling the air with the smell of gas as I try to start the car. My guess is no spark, when i hold the lead wire from the coil to a ground, I dont see a spark. I replaced the coil, and condensor on the distributor with no luck! I just purchased a new ballast resistor for the ingnition coil, and spark plug wires for the hell of it... however the car is like 50 miles away so I want to make sure I cover all the bases before I drive out to fix it, any advice?? what to look for? Also a wiring diagram for the coil to distributor would be excellent, just in case something was hooked up backwards, or became loose, and I mixed them up. One more thing! The resistor on the gound for the coil, which is just for the radio so there is no noise, I was told I could just cut that off and ground it solid, I have no radio. Thanks Dave.
