I had a fire in my 240.. the turn and wiper switch caught on fire.. not without my help though! When I was welding the floor pans in I had a rag wrapped around the steering coloum.. Well lets say it caught on fire real quick.. I am looking for anyone who has an extra one of each (turn and wiper switch).I would rather buy it off of someone on here rather then on Ebay.. this way i know who its coming from and that it Works!! I think that the floor pans that Zedd Finding sells, he also seats the seat brackets also.. Don't worry once you have the new pans in your Z will be as good as new.

Hey Free-Z, its not that bad looks like the car has good bones.. I would think about attending to the rust issues..if your not going to build a show car spend some time and get it all fixed up and you'll have a great car...

I did just that the other day. Rhino liner works great, and the weight is maybe 3-4 pounds.. it take a while for it to fully cure .. but when it does it is as hard as nails.. Having problems posting a pic on here but do have them in my Gallery..Check it out.. Cheers, Dean.

Can someone answer me this question. Do they make a roof racking system for the Z's? I am looking for a roof mounted bike rack. is this impossible?

I just replace my floor pans and was looking for options to do as a sound detener. What i used was a spray-on bedliner (raptorliner)it is tintable and sprays on really nice.I don't know if it will be as good as the sound sheets, but i was able to spray it about 4mm thick. Sorry can't get the pics on.. will try later ..It looks pretty cool. Dean

The color of the car is Orange.. so this is what is white inside of the car : Headliner, Vinyl tunnel and rear shock towers, and lower quarter panel trim... So the PO must have changed it to black.. I like the idea of having all white interior but fear of keeping it clean as my dog travels everywhere with me..

Quick question is white interior rare ? I have a 72.. that has a white headliner and white vinyl. and every other panels are black. Did they come that way or has someone changed it around over the years. Any help on this would help.

Tomohawk, I just order some urethane bed-liner (raptorliner) to spray on my floor boards on the inside of the car.I just recently installed new floor pans.Instead of buying the sound deadener sheets, I talk to one of my jobbers and asked if this stuff would be good as a sound deadener. I talked to a few shops that install this urethane truck bed-liner and they said it is a very good sound deadener.. and it is tintable.. so can make it any colour you want. You might want to look for this stuff as it might be a good choice as it drys rock hard.. Hope this helps..
