The door panels in that car seem different than mine in the way that they don't have the two chrome strips with the fake "wood" at the top and they seem to be completely smooth where mine have the diagonal lines that run across and also have that "rough" texture. I guess they must have changed the door panel styles in '76 mid-year?

Sounds like what I do with my motorcycle since it's to cold around here to go riding in the winter. Find a nice day and go take er' for a drive!

I don't have one either! I really wish it was offered for ps2 as this will be the first GT that I've never been able to play. None the less, it looks like an awesome game and hope I get the oppurtunity to play it!

You must be talking about this. There was a thread on it and I think it helps absorb vibrations from the differentional that could be felt if I remember correctly. I will have to try and look up that old thread.
