Has any one tried to recover their plastic panels with vinyl? I talked to a guy that recommended this to me instead of trying to replace the old cracked ones. I was wandering if any one has pictures of what this will look like.

After looking around for a 240Z I found one. It is mostly stock and in good condition. I have had it for 3 weeks now and have been cleaning up some of the wiring. There were a few minor problems that I have been fixing on the weekends but nothing major. I got some pictures up of the car this weekend here is a link to them. Has any one ever replaced their blower motor with one from a Civic. I rember seeing something about this on another Z page. I was just wanting to know how to do it and what are the benifits.

Try a junk yard. The shifter are the same from 72 through 82. I would also check with the dealer to see if they have one. Make wure that you replace the shifter bushings while your at it. It will make a big difference in how the car shifts.

Went to the Nissan dealer to get shifter bushings and asked the parts guy if he know what the box was. Low and behold he said that it was cruse control. Now if I could only figure out how to make it work.

I just picked up a 72 240z yesterday. I will try to get some pictures posted. I do have a question. There is a box on the inner fender well that has a the speedo cable connected to it then to the speedo. It also has a vacume line connected to it. The care is in good shape with nice floors and a clean paint job. It will be a great daily driver.

This car is only about 2 1/2 hors away so I can check it out before I bid.

How hard will it be to install an after market AC on a 240Z. I am looking at getting a 240z and have found a few with out AC, I live in Mississippi and need AC. Any help would be great

I am looking at a couple of 240z's and having trouble deciding which to buy. One is a 73 with tripple webbers in need of paintfor $1700 One is a rust free orignal 72 in good shape for $5000 and the last in in good shape with new suspension and a rebuilt engine for $3200

If that Z was closer to Mississippi I would back over it with my 73 Blazer and put it out of it's missery. The Blazer is my toy I am in the process of getting a 240Z but am having a hard time finding one around here

You don't see that every day. Must have taken him a long time to teach that Z to fly

I shot the under side of my 73 Blazer and frame with POR 15 it worked great.
