I have a 78 280 that the front three cly. just quit. I am quessing that it is a fuel prob. But is there any thing that controls just the front three injectors?

I have a 77 280Z that doesn't have a injector pulse and low fuel pressure. the last owner put on a aftermarket pump and drove it until it wouldn't start one day . Now I know that 2psi of pressure is way to low to start but is there something that is stoping the injectors from getting a pulse due to the low pressure. any help would be great
