Hi MDBrandy Of course the bushes are all Poly, dont know what i was on writing neoprene........ I didnt get any grease with the kit and I had them installed by a local mechanic, will check with him what lubricant, if any, he used! Thanks for the reply! cheers, Rob

Hi All After just having installed a set of Tokico shocks and new springs as well as replacing all the old rubber with new Neoprene, I now have a lot of squeaks and creaks coming from the rear suspension, just wondering if anyone knows if this is just due to the new bushes etc needing to bed in. Any help on finding out how to get hold of list of original paint numbers for the 73 240Z's would also be great! Appreciate any comments! Cheers Rob

Hi all Just wondering if anyone knows if the seats from a 260Z will fit in a 240Z. Am in Switzerland and a guy in Germany has a pair of very good seats from a 260 for sale, cheaper than getting my seats recovered! Would be happy to hear from anyone who has done the same thing! cheers Rob

HI All I have recently bought a 73 240Z, is in above average condition, was owned by the same guy since 1974 and was only every driven in summer. The car only has 60k Miles on the clock so I have no intention of touching the motor as this stage. It is very hard to get parts for the Z here in Switzerland so that is going to make things difficult if things start to fail. At the moment the car is stock standard, was repainted about 25 years ago and zinc treated, so no rust! I am currently looking for some cool wheels, would be happy for tips regarding suppliers! Also have a problem with the electrics, battery although new does not seem to charge, I replaced the regulator but as soon as the headlights or the interior fan etc are running, the ammeter shows a negative charge....am guessing the alternator needs replacing. Any tips on an aftermarket model would be greatly appreciated!!
