I would also pull all the plugs and let the motor turn over. You probably have a ton of crap in there that needs to be blown out. Just disable the distributer before you turn the motor over. Jim
The door isn't closing all the way. There are two latches on the door, only the first one is catching. Open the door and turn the lock mechanism. I've been having the same problem on my 72. Even with Nissan factory weatherstripping it won't close right. I used a different weatherstrip on the driver door and it now closes fine. It is the one were the rubber is already attached to the welting. Jim

Make sure that the calipers are on the right side, if backwards the bleeder screw won't be high enough to bleed all the air out, thus the soft pedal. Also rebleed the back cylinders and the master cylinder. i use the stock 260z master cylinder in my car without problems. Jim
Your pump should be around 90 psi. I run a 115 on my car. That pressure is only reached if the return line is cut off. If you run a 36 psi pump you will run lean at times. Do you still have 36 psi at the rail when the car dies? Does your tach jump around right before it dies? Jim
