I just got my car back from the shop where they adjusted the valves and now it seems like i am having problems when i try to maintain a low around town speed. Everything seems to work great until i stop accelerating and try to maintain pretty much any speed. sends my body into a rocking motion abck & forth until i hit the gas again and the it all ok again; which seems like nothing other than a good way to start raking in some speeding tickets. . By the way, i am in Calif. so all of the emission equipment is intact, there is a semi-high performance cam installed which is why the valves needed to be adjusted in the first place. The machanic did recommend a tune-up before i go for a smog check ...but i don't think that is going to be where the problem is...maybe i am wrong though. Don't know if it had anything to do with the valve adjustment and i don't want to seem like an idiot if i take the car back and the problem is due to something else. Looking for any help i can get ahead of time, so i will know what i am talking about with the mechanic and what things i need to ask about. Thanks
