Hello all noobie here. I am looking at an 82 280ZX with 160000 miles for $700. The car runs well but lacks power, like its starving for air (Intake Problem). there is rust around the drivers and passenger floor boards with what appears to be an attempt to fix with fiber glass and putty. there is some rust around the rear wheel wells and on the frame under the doors. My question is is this car worth $700? Nick
