Looking for front driver side hood apron attached to same frame rail(the inside fender with shock tower) for my 1971 restoration. It needs to be in good condition as this is going to be 100% restoration. Also the Tabco dog legs I purchased from Motorsports come up short on the rear rocker panel seams. Does anyone have OEM dog legs or rear arches for a 71? Thanks Guy

My rear brakes hang up when I park my 72 z. When I drive it there seems to be aslight drag at low speeds. Any ideas (I've adjusted the shoes with no success) Do I need to replace wheel cylinders ?

The Z's are my pops. If you like thos photos, check out the ones I took of my car. http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/sets/72157600346688189/ Indeed, this is the car from eBay. It is amazing. The only problems seem to be some proneness to chipping with the Urethane exterior paint, and the passenger side mirror. The engine bay is superb and the car drives, feels, and smells like a new car. My pops loves the panasports. I like them too, but if I had my way, they would be watanabes. Great news on the sfari gold 71 we are restoring..... He is keeping it safari gold instead of silver!!!!! Here are a few of the bay <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/765362995/" title="Photo Sharing"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1319/765362995_fab8c00287.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_2604" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/766235250/" title="Photo Sharing"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1167/766235250_2dfa855f17.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_2615_2" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/766235220/" title="Photo Sharing"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1247/766235220_a570bc13dc.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_2614_2" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/765362545/" title="Photo Sharing"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1411/765362545_c573110894.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_2600_2" /></a>

My pops just got an absolutely perfect white 70' for $15k. It is the nicest one I have ever seen. He also has a flawless 72 in the green. He paid $12 for that one. It had a $10k painjob on it. Only flaws were completely original engine bay and sub-par dash. He has since purchased a perfect dash and we rebuilt the motor and repainted the bay in his garage. Check out this thread on his cars to see what you can get for $15k or under. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27221

My father has 5 z's and I am a BMW fan, but I plan on doing a 240 and a 510 in the near future. I will most likely be doing SR swaps in both. I want to see some pix of nice examples of JDM styling. Preferably with Watanabes. I am posting pix of my favorite Z, but I don't like the G-nose. Color, wheels and flares are on point though. Wish I could afford to have an engine bay like this one, but I like SR's anyway. I built a 268 RWHP silvia. Pix also included. I painted that car Ducatti racing grey (it's not primer)
  17. I changed the levels
  18. I took the pics. I also set up the profile for my pops. I am 28 and he is 59. He doesn't use the computer much, so I help him out. I also help with all the car work. I have restored a few cars myself and did all the paint work on the engine bay of the green car as well as the rear grey section. I have painted a few cars but did not do the exterior of the green car. I also took all the photos. I love photography, but have only been doing it for 7 months. I got a Canon S3IS for xmas, then quickly upgraded to an EOS Rebel SLR. Here is a link to some of my other photo work. Most of the pix were taken with the S3IS as I have only been using the SLR for a month or so. http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/sets/ The BMW is my car I would be happy to help photograph anyones car.
  19. stock color. New paint of coarse. It is our favorite color on the Z. Now there are 5 in the garages. 70, 71, 72, 90, 93
  20. Here are some pix from the historic races at VIR a few weeks ago.
  21. Just as stated. Want to buy 16x7 panasports in silver painted. PM me for details
  22. It is the 6.1 Canon EOS rebel SLR. I picked it up with a $500 lens for $400!!!!!! I wasn't even looking, but couldn't pass it up. The Z's are my pops. I just help post for him since he isn't super computer savvy. I am a BMW guy (and an avid photographer), but am also looking for a 510. The pans are 16x7 w. 225's.
  23. I took some pics of my pops Z today. Taken in RAW with a Canon EOS rebel. I am working on a gallery. Here are a few in the mean time.
