  3. The old saying is when someone is pissed they tell 1000 people and when they are happy they tell 2. In the age of the internet when you have a bad experience, everyone wants to blast that vendor on-line and in the forums. We make mistakes just like anyone else, some are normal, some are excessive, none are acceptable. However we always address them and do what we can to make it right. In some cases we are too far apart in acceptable resolutions, we have to work within a reasonable limit, warranty and I evaluate each case individually. However with over 11,000 ebay transactions and thousands more with our website, I am confident that the reason customers shop with us is because of value, availability, and a reputation for selling rare, unique, and quality parts. I want to turn negative feedback into a positive by engaging in a constructive way and showing that we are a caring genuine business. I have try to respond to the comments in a pleasant and helpful way. Of course, that’s not easy to do when you pour your life into a business and someone bashes it on-line. Your immediate impulse is to return fire, so in those cases its best I not respond at all. Anyway, I appreciate the chance to express our position and hope it encourages anyone with doubts to give us an opportunity to serve you with your Datsun Parts needs.
  4. Datsun Parts LLC is alive and well, thanks for your interest and concern. I choose not to get into a keyboard challenge of wit. Nothing anyone post here will drive me away, and my business continues to thrive and grow at a double digit pace each year. Yes, that was me front and center with Edd from Wheeler Dealers, no need to hit the red button... just be respectful and understand that this business provides parts and service that many others do not, and at a better price, thats why we are in business today. The California Datsun name is just an additional DBA, helps enhance marketing efforts and on-line presence. I have always been easy to access, my address and phone number is listed all over the internet. I welcome feedback, poor or negative it helps me learn and improve on my business. Its impossible to be perfect, Walmart, Target and Overstock.com have hundreds of upset customers who post poor reviews on-line and they are not going out of business any time soon. I am sincerely sorry to hear that any customer has a problem. But not all problems can be solved, and we can not control who you choose to do business with. I hope everyone will still give us a chance in the future to provide you with high quality products at discounted prices you expect and deserve.   6. Hello Everyone, I was just referred to this forum and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Al Allen and I am a Datsun fan based out of Rancho Cucamonga Ca. I see there are a few comments about my ebay listings that I wanted to address. I am not a business, nor do I claim to be a professional on Datsun engines. I do however have over 15 years working on Z cars, 510's and 620 trucks. I have a friend who owns a professional machine shop in Riverside Ca that does all my engine work listed on ebay. I have sold dozens of heads and engines from this same shop without problems. No one can make 100% of the people happy, but I do have over 3000 transactions on ebay with a 99% feedback rating. My listing shows a current score of 1871, that means I have over 1200 repeat customers because ebay does not credit a buyer more than once for positive feedback.
