its just the stock intake.... ok just tell me how much a rebuilt 280zx turbo engine block is worth

I built it myself, it is a good build.

I know Because I was driving down the road and it died i got out and looked and the battery and it was touching the body and it had stuck the the body... and I wasnt oncerned about the headlights it was that my alternator was not charging the battery... but for some reason i put a fuse in there the other day and now every thing works again...

Hay I dont know if this is in the right section but i have a a Rebuilt 280ZX Block, bored .40 over, with ARP Rod Bolts, new turbo pistons, new rings, and new rod, and main bearings, with the turbo P90 head, and intake manifold for sale i painted the block black, and it has copper freeze plugs... it looks really nice And i need to know how much i need to ask for it.. i don't know how much it is worth.

Well what I did, was got a light tester and tested all the fuses, and that was the only one that was bad so i took it out and replaced it. but I'll do it again just to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I do not have a Service Manual, do i need one? There is wiring diagrams online. I do have A test light and an OHM meter though. (I'm trying to make these easy to read)

Ok, It is the Flasher fuse that keeps blowing, and it controls the gas, oil pressure, and temp gauge and i think my headlights as well. i have an alternator tester it says its not charging, so i took the alternator in, and it checked out good. so the alternator works, its just not charging the battery I don't much about electrical stuff, just the basics... but troubleshooting a problem like this, is very hard for me.

There is a guy in Houston that works on Z cars, so i called him up and he cant figure it out ether. thanks in advance for your help.

I need help quick, I have my car up for sale, and the positive terminal on my 260z battery touched the body while i was driving, and it shut off. And now its not getting a charge from the alternator, and the oil pressure, gas, and temp guages do not work nether does my headlights or my flashers. but my hazard still works. And there is a fuse that keeps blowing every time i go to start it. So I'm guessing that fuse controls all of that. The battery is good and the alternator is good i just need ideas of what wires would have melted so i know were to look. thanks

Ok well it ended up being like $900 for EVERYTHING, and i just got it off the jacks yesturday and drove it around i could'nt really go fast or any thing cuz i was running open header but i did peel out really good in first gear i could'nt do that in the automatic so it really made a difference now i just need to perfect shifting i'm taking it in the get 2 1/2 inch pipe and flowmasters and i need another center console mine is cracked real bad where the choke screws on and i need a hazard light switch and then i'm done

No the tranny and pedals where used, and i was suprized at the prise myself but it is the only place i know around here with a whole yard of z cars (50-70 of them) being there was like heavan around all thoes z cars

Ok i bought a tranny and all the stuff for around $800 and me and my grandfather are putting it in mabe saturday I will give yall updates

What ever, i just dont do good on electrical stuff I do the rest my self my grandfather helps me with most of the eletrical probloms, he has owned like 5 of them.

i do most of my work Arne, but electrical stuff i get twisted on the only reason for me asking about the sevise quotes about the tranny is that some guy told me that i could get a tranny and have it put in for $600 if that be the case i would do it but i was not sure that he was right so i figured that out of all the people on this web site there is at least one person that might know about service quotes, and i am going to go ahead and do the tranny myself. Thanks for always having a quik response to all of my questions!
