Hi Here is the state of things, all the conectores in place and i tought everything was ok, but I have no dash lights, no clock and no front or rear lights even the turn lights are not working properly. I will disconnect everything and try to connect them again, but what do you think that is causing this? Hope you can help me! Thank You Filipe A

Hi I put it here, because I know that you love datsun and this model is some kind of rarity even in Portugal... The good part is that it is LH, as well in USA. This is rare here as Z are!! I also know that people in USA love the 510 cars and in Portugal there are some people that trade 510 for 240z, so anyone is interested in doing that? Hi I would like that someone please help on this, so i can to try to make it this weekend!!! I just strip down my car, paint it and iam assemblie the car and now it`s on the electrical part. At the time I call a friend of mine to help me to take the dash out... he is electrician, so I tought he could make something real nice but he just disconnected all the connectors on that car, that was the easy part. Seeing that he was no smart them me, the engine and rear wiring harness i did it my self and put papers with indicators on them to know them after. It`s first time doing this type of job, so we learn with (his) mistakes. Can anyone send me information for electrical wiring harness, just for the interior of the car like pictures or PDF files from Service manuals so I could connect the hash and all stuff under dash. What I really need is - all interior of the car connections, except the side relays that were not disconnected. Hope someone help me. Hi This is a new OEM Nissan splash pan. I was told that it fits 240z models, but it doesn`t fit in my early 240z. At Nissan they told that it fits 260z and 280z as well. As it won`t fit in my car it is for sale 210 USD. If you want it please check it before buying it. Just try to make money that I paid for it This is a very rare part to find!! Filipe Azevedo

Hi I have to put my sincerely toughts about this car that I already started to say something listed above. My restoration program, make me spend much money on parts and seraching of perfection and new parts. As "westpak" said there is some parts on the car makes me think that I probably did a restoration better them this on my car. In my restoration, I did / put INTERIOR - new dash, new vinil (chassi and seats) , new door panels, new rubber set OEM(bought few weeks ago), new steering wheel, new heater control panel, new 5 speed ball, new plastic interior, new door arm rest, new rear mirror viewer, door locks, window handles, and many other stuff that my english words don`t come by.... ENGINE Compartiment - Engine rebuilt with OEM piston bearings, new head bolts, new shocks, new fuel, water, oil pump, new plastic fan blade and fan cluctch, zinc all parts, new brake master cilider, new cluct cilinder, new complete OEM exaust, new disc brakes, and as above many other stuff - Exterior new paint, all new datsun symbol, new tyres, new front and side headlights, re-chrome bumpers, OEM nissan bumpers rubbers (all) and many other stuff Take a look at my pictures... if I had the center console symbol it will be a Vintage Z Car Many pictures are missing here, I probably will be critisized, but that´s my toughts. Don´t get me wrong, a vintage Z will be always a Vintage Z, but I think my car is better them it car that is for sale. Filipe Azevedo

Hi I need some help from you guys. The workers at Body shop take out these rear clip finishers and they lost one of them. Suppose to be 4!! (last picture) You can see pictures of the clips before te car go to paint in it`s place, so my question is: are they original? Someone told me that they were welded to the body... ok I agree with that if we are talking about the other part that holds these clips that I am searching for... (last picture) If they are original, does anyone has some that could sell to me, because one of three I have is broken and one is lost, so I need 2.
