Mike, Just a little clarification on your comment about the fees being lower instead of donating to charity. It is our best intention to keep the prices at the most reasonable level possible. Because this show is so "young" we do not have a lot of history to go back on and have to do the best we can with what we know. Last year we had a great turnout and ended up with a few extra bucks when all was said and done. Rather than let that money sit idle, we decided to donate some of the proceeds to charity. As the event grows and the club gets a better handle on associated costs, we will continue to evaluate and determine what gets the enthusiast the best "bang" for their buck. We are a non-profit group with no paid members or board - so making money is not why we are here. We are here to try and provide a venue for all Datsun/Nissan enthusiasts to enjoy each other's cars at a fair price that doesn't end up putting the club in any sort of financial hardship. Having said that, we welcome all comments and feedback. It is my hope that the show committee is able to put comment cards in all the registration packets as well as have them available at the show. I am not in the "registration" committee, so I don't know if that will be the case, but be assured that there will be comment cards available and PLEASE use them because it helps us provide the show that the enthusiasts want. Sorry for the long winded response. We appreciate any and all support from the Datsun/Nissan Community. Cheers, Andy Klink Treasurer, Datsuns NW
