Of course we can, Lars Peter, but lets make it clear that there is nothing written in danish that isn't in english above. Those pictures isn't from Nørrebronx looks like Amager or maybe Rødovre is it where your car is. Thats why i wrote in Danish The last one i saw except of the one i have now is the one i had 20+ years ago, it was also a -73 with red interior and was re painted red on the outside same rims as yours btw., it had tripples, headder and a hotter cam, a blast to drive on the streets in Copenhagen, i had to sell that car back then, i was a broke youngster and couldn't afford to keep it, but it was fun and i have missed it ever since and thats why i had to have one again, wonder where it is. You can give me a call at 20206530 or PM me your number My car needs a littel work, it is rust free, but the PO burnt a piston due to driving to lean, i have had the block hot tanked, bored, surfaced, the crank and rods is re surfaced and i'm currently waiting for the pistons, bearings ect. to arrive, it is the matching block with 3 screw round tops, N36 intake, C cam and headder, 2.25 inch exhaust, a littel improvement over stock and a 5 speed tranny, i also need to get the hood re sprayed, since the paint is burned in the area just above the carbs, as soon as i got the pistons i will have the motor build, car painted and tagged, so we might end up getting them on the streets at the same time.At my shop i have a F54 block, and spare E88 and a E30 head's, some triple Dellorto's misc cam's to have re ground ect. so when the time comes i will have a hotter motor build for it. The euro tail lights is secured, where did you get your's, they are not that easy to get hold on, i also got a KM/H speedometer and a ralley clock, i guess that i was i bit lucky on that one. The CO2 must be below 7% to get it approved, but that shouldnt be that hard It looks to me as a Triumph TR 2 - 3 - 3A Dave, thanks for the write up, worth to looking in to. Here is a photo from us unloading the container last september And one of the other cars we had in the shipment. Chris

I believe it's not a F54, but that doesen't matter in your case, you can put the head on that block, but it will get a high compression, so it depends on the gas octane you have there. If the L20A is burning water and oil, it is most likely, that you have a blown head gasket. What head job is needed for the L28 and what kind of head is it ?. Chris
  6. Well now they are flying off to Sydney, anyone there ? Chris
  7. ChrisZ replied to lpraun's post in a topic in Introductions
Ipraun, where are you located ?, this is so fun, i imported a -73 240Z in excact same color in and out, i can see you have euro tail lights, what else do you need to get it tagged ? What is your VIN We have to meet up. Chris - 2770, Copenhagen Let's take it in Danish Hvor i københavn bor du ?, jeg har selv i september fået min -73 240Z hjem fra USA, samme farve ud og indvendig, det er da et underligt tilfælde, jeg kan se at du har Euro baglygter, hvad ellers mangler du for at få den synet ? Hvad er dit stelnummer Vi skal da mødes en dag.

I have also noticed that some of those ad's also are on the other Z boards. And now when we are at it, i might as well tell what tricks me off, it is when a person parts out a car and let everybody on the board know, then when there is gained enough interest he puts it all up on ebay, thats makes me mad. Well i still have my high shipping cost to deal with. Chris
  9. Thanks, i allready mailed to Gavin 2 days ago, maybe i should post a new topic there, just have to here what Gavin have to say. Still strange to you:classic: Chris
  10. Short story. My daughter is there and i'm trying to see if i can give her a big surprice, that will only work if i can find one with a driving Z or Roadster and that he likes the idea. Chris
  11. I'm not looking for a car, but one who have a driveable one in that area. Chris
  12. How many early US 260Z was ever made ? Carl Beck Chris
  13. rdefabri, despite of all my turbo writing, i fully agree with you on this, keep it old school. Chris
  14. Carrot, thank's mate but it won't do, it have to be in or close to Cairns Others? Chris
  15. A little advise would be to keep the stock motor, i mean if the motor in your 260Z is the numbers matching one and then get your self a nice L28, you can build on, then you can always convert back again. But as stated ealier, turbo the bastard:bandit:, find your self complete a 280 ZXT, a wrecked or rusted up one with a good drive train, swap it all over in the 260Z, include gearbox, rear end and wirering harness, best bang for the bucks. Chris
  16. Hi Any Aussies with a running Z living close to Cairns ? Please let me know Chris
  17. Turbo the bastard

  20. I have no idea, if they are sold as new or not, you will have no problem in getting the electronic module, if that's needed, my car came with some kind of electronic pick up (can't remember what kind), if it still had the old points i would with no doubt go with the E12-80 as a start and eventually upgrade if needed and founds allowed it.:classic: The E12-80 is a rock solid "plug'n play unit" but you can read all about in that link above. Chris
  21. No sweat Stephen
  22. There is also the possibility to use a ZX E12-80 dizzy, Arne have one for sale in the classified section, that is also an improvement over stock and a well known performance upgrade, it all depends on how much spark you want. Chris
  23. The kit i got is still in the US at a freinds place, he just had a look at it and state it is correct, he have been in to Z cars for many years so i believe he knows how it should look. rexz, how about posting some photos of the kit you got. Chris
  24. Wuh, i just found out that it's that kit i have bought, hmmm, have to find out if it will fit. Chris
  25. Cant you make it more precise, what parts are vrong ?
