yup yup a couple of em broke while removing injectors so i am trying to locate a new pair that is relatively cheap. New screws as well.

Anyone here in south florida? Im in miami lookin to see if anyone else down here with a Z i son here, also wouldnt mind finding a good Z mechanic.

The place im sending em to only does injectors.

hehehe thats exactly what i did. it gets depressurized when i slice into it. just the screws on actual injectors where really old and stripped

Took em out today. The screws were so ****ed up. Stripped to hell, broke a injector holding plastic piece in the process but better than a screw or something breaking.

If anyone needs seats i am trying to sell these. I dont know how much shipping would be but im not looking to get too much for them.

I dont know if this is in the right section please dont flame me if it isnt. I am trying to get rid of my spare collapsable tire and the can of compressed air it comes with. I dont know if they are from 1977 but they sure as hell look that way . Tire has not been tested but i guess if someone wanted to buy it i could test it. I saw one of these for a ZX going for about 100 dollars a while back. But if anyone wants it make a reasonable offer and we can work something out. Again if this is in the wrong section sorry for that feel free to move it or instruct me to the proper section.

I like the fender mirrors as well, you dont have to turn your head to check the passenger one you can just glance. And nothin wrong with a lil reefer now and then.

Thanks guys you have subdued my fears. A/C kit is 800 dollars . I been livin down here for 15 years i can take the heat. And i always wear my seatbelt so dun have to worry about that.

Although my car is still a ways away before i paint her, i was wondering what you guys thought about this. Right now i cant really decide between a bright orange or black. I would really like to go with orange but i am afraid of more police attention. Even tho here its full of ferraris, lambos, bentleys and the like I have only seen one other S30 on the road (Actually it was parked at a house). So that got me thinking of making the Z all black to blend in better. My only problem with that is that i live in miami where its 90 degrees in the middle of september, and my 280 has no A/C. At least i have plenty of time to decide.

Haha reminds me of my car, the clutch disk and flywheel were stuck together, my mechanic fiddled with the gears a lil till it popped out of place.

I think they would be more functional more foward as well. Especially the passenger mirror. I dont know i guess it depends on the height of the driver.

If i had a wife and she had a Z i would probably ask her to let me drive it, not sell it off.

Yeah sadly my z wont be ready in time. But i always have next year to look foward to

Yea the gas tank has been dropped and cleaned by my mechanic. This was done about 5 months ago so it should be good. And yea i was going to change all the tubing and clamps while i was in there. Might as well spend the extra 5 minutes now than spending hours or days later.

Hows it going. I must say this forum is great, I have to force myself off the computer or i read Z history for hours . I have a 280z and currently reside in miami florida. Havent seen many Z's here sadly. Just 3 and that is counting my 280 and my friends 240, the other one was a 260. At least i have seen each model eh. Anyway just wanted to greet the forum.

Thanks i will probably do that when i re-install them tho.One more question, should i plug or cover the area with anything to prevent any debris or moisture from getting in while the injectors are getting cleaned? Thanks.

Hi i was just wondering if anyone knew the steps i need to go through to take out my injectors. I will be sending them to get cleaned to these people http://www.witchhunter.com/ . Just wanted to know if anyone could tell me the procedure so nothing explodes (metaphorically speaking) when i try to take my fuel rail off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They have sandy roads thats why they can do crazy drifts.
