Ta Dah!
Those 300ZX wheels are only temporary until i can afford custom made 3 piece wheels. The cut outs are for my side repeaters just a little touch for something different i wanted to do....

Ta Dah!
Yeah i had to use spacers to fit the wheels its a real problem rubbin on the springs at the moment. By using 195/60/15 tyres i was able to completely remove spacers on rear but i need spacers on the front still. Still working on that any ideas how to fix? And yep 2 & 1/2 yrs in the making u bet i chomping at the bit

300 miles without missing a beat!!
Just on my calculations 10L per 100kms/ (divided by) 4.54 litres to the gallon = 2.202 gallons. 100kms = 62.5miles/ 2.202 = 28.38mpg. This was how i was taught to convert by an old hand is this correct?? The way u drove that sounds like pretty dam good fuel economy, on a trip to Canberra (565kms) my 76' 260Z 2+2 with L28 and 240Z SU's returned me 33mpg driving like a grandma through the gears (it killed me!) but i was blown away with the economy. Considering the 240Z weighs around 1100kg and my 260Z over the weigh bridge weighed 1350kg i am very interested to see how it fairs when i put all that gear in the 240Z its gotta be better again! So i agree speedy why have a Honda (unless its a NSX ssshhh!!)

I'd like some input...
Hey we all had to start sometime some place, the only way u learn is by trying and asking those who know, happy hunting este!

I'd like some input...
Gee i dont know what u pay in America but i think $500 is a bargain cause 240Z's are just hard to come by in one piece. Remember with time all rust can be cut, welded and repaired if done right by someone u trust it is not a problem.... I have seen a hell of a lot worse but here comes the crunch..... its what u cant see este that is the problem i bought a 73 240Z also (chec my pics) and i am 2 and a half years in the making of a fully restored good one. We found probably 3 times what we saw. * Frt guards behind wheel arch and into chasis rail * Chasis rails as u have on yours, Floor pan (lift the carpet and check) * Lower part of front doors where water lies, Rear hatch is a shocker use a magnet to see where bog has been applied. I can go on and on but P.M me if u want more help, Remember where all here cause we love the Z car!!!!!!!

rasing compression
The P90 head shaved is the much better option. It is a high flow head with larger ports so the air/flow mixture is not restricted like it is in the N42. The N42 doesn't have to be shaved because of the smaller ports it raises the compression. Its a 6 of one half a dozen of the other option, shave head means clearances become critical other wise a valve may say hello to your piston but less air restriction or quick fix high compression but not the efficent burn and with high horsepower cant get the excess air/fuel out......

Hey all new to this forum w/240z/240sx hybrid question
First of all front on that is one of the nicer 240Z Airdam/spoilers i have seen. Just being picky now... but it is a shame that it doesn't follow the contour of the front guards better it looks to chunky on the side on shot and just spoils a really nice finish.
