Trying to track GRLS30006344 260Z 2+2
I am trying to track down 1974 260Z 2+2, VIN#GRLS30006344 It was sold in Maryland to Danny Givarz from Frederick in October 1992. I do not have much hope in finding it, but I wanted to see if it would turn up. It was my girlfriend's first Z. She really want to know what happened to it. The car was from Texas so it was in great condition, no rust. Hopefully, it survived. In the meantime, I'll try to see if I can locate the guy and maybe give him a call. :classic:

To all that knew James Burgess aka "ZmeFly"
I never knew James, but we have exchanged a few emails. He wanted to come down to MD to meet with Maryland 'Z Club members, possibly join the club. I am truly saddened by the news.

looking for a 1970 240z
Well, I own a green 260Z. Are you talking about some other Z? Well, you can ask me anything regarding MD Z Club. As I mentioned above, I check and usually respond to all email sent to MDZCLUB, unless it's directed to Mark or someone else at the club.

Website content - looking for green 260Zs pics
I have created my website http://www.green260z.com Now I am looking for content, especially other green 260Z cars. I haven't seen that many of them, and I think it would be a great addition for my site. You can email me the pics with brief description at giedrius@green260z.com or if you want, you can just upload pics at http://www.green260z.com/upload.cfm Thanks!

What brand of tools do you use?
I use Craftsman. However, most of the tools are made by the same companies they just slap different brands on them. Some good reading http://www.bricklin.org/TechCentral/TCArticleWhotools.htm Just like all electric Craftsman tools are made by Black & Decker, same with DeWalt...

I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT !!!!
Well, let's put it this way. I really find it cheesy when they use hot chick on the car cover magazines just to make it more attractive. It's the content that counts, not the pretty pics. In this case, I couldn't care less if there are chicks or not. It just looks cheesy to me.

what is the offset...?
The wheel width is specified from the inner lip to inner lip, 15x7 wheel would have 7" for tire mounting. However, if you measure the wheel width from out to outer edge, it will be larger by .5" to 1". Since the graphic shows you how to measure the backspace from the outer edge, that's why it may seem to be goofy, but it's really not. And yes, if the wheel is 0mm offset, then measuring from either side should yield the same results. Also, if you measured the diameter of 15" wheel from outer to outer edge, it will be 16" :classic:
