i agree with the last post.. know what type of car you as a builder want to make. a race car or a cruzer. for me i would think that dumping one car would be a waste. i would concetrate on one and then build the other.. once everythign is compleated on ur first then i would plan on making a aftermarket race car out of the other. i wouls sugest bre for a good look.. they make some nice looking cars.

what you cold do to remove the mat s by using a propane torch and lightly heat the mat. then u can easily scrape it away with a putty knife. the residue left may be removed using lacur thinne. u may also use dry ice too

ohh ok. well i had them overhauled by a mechanic, who retired from nissan about 20 years ago. all i had to do was provide him with a pair of overhaul kits. what does these round tops look like? because some one corrected me that mines were bell tops. uhhh the float is located in the carb, and came stock with the 260z. i also dont think that i can afford to buy any new carb, and thats why i kinda want to stick with the one i got. thanks ill put some pics on latter
