I can. all i have found so far is two spare ignition keys made of a really lightweight metal, i don't want to use them because i'm afraid they will break off. I have also found 2 dead mice
  4. I'd rather see the 370z headlight look like this nice and sleek, instead of the arrow head they have in the car already. I love the retro look to a new z that would be awesome, and i would buy it in a heartbeat.
  5. does it have a 02 sensor after it? if so I think i have the same thing too, but if it is a catalytic converter and i take it off will it affect how the engine runs because of the 02 sensor????

i have fixed the problem with my car and will be a daily driver finally in less than a week, and i asked about the fuel catalyst to see what everyone thinks of themi always see them advertised on tv on the weekends on spike tv when extreme 4x4, trucks, muscle car, and all of the other car shows are on, plus trucks tested one, on their dyno first without on, and then with one, and they say it increased horsepower, and milage. just my 2 cents

Fitch Fuel catalyst http://fitchcatalyst.com/index.php does it work? On the corvette c5 dyno chart on the site it showed 1 19.16 horsepower gain, and 11 lb ft of torque gain. Is This FAKE, or REAL?

I want to have a 3 inch exhaust put on my 75 280z, and i was wondering what headers everyone else uses for more hp. I have been searching the internet, and I can not find any headers for my l28 N/A motor. What headers does everyone else use with there 3 inch exhaust setup, will it be ok if i use the stock header?
  10. yeah I did paint the doors off of the car... that was my mistake, i should have painted with the doors on. It looks really good in person. There are some bubbles in the paint, and I will fix that in a year or so. I might tape everything up in a few months, and respray the car so everything and all of the panels match I can go to a self was car wash, and wash the car, and spray on the uv protectant to protect my car. And YES the car FINALLY runs correctly, I wiggled the temperaterue sender, because the car was running really rich, and as soon as i did that, no more smoke out of the tail pipe, and the car isn't drowning in gas anymore YAY Now its time for insurance, and plates. I'm glad some people like the car thanks for the comments, and keep them coming.
  11. its been painted with the Hot Rod Black Kit heres a link to what I used, i had to use three kits to do my whole car. http://sem.ws/Catalog.asp?prod=270 And here is a link to see some pics of my car. http://s296.photobucket.com/albums/mm195/hybridzmaster/ I hope everyone likes my car.
  12. well I am starting a new thread, because I don't think anyone has the same problem I am having. I own a 1975 280z coupe, and the fuel pump will not turn on, I measured the voltage at the fuel pump while cranking, and the voltage was reading 0.03 volts. I'm not that good in electrical problems but i know that this is not correct, I think the pump should read 12 volts while cranking if I am correct. I was wondering if anyone has any solutions for this problem? I am really at a loss right now.
  13. thats what 've decided to use for the diff. but i'm not sure what weight i am going to use for the trans yet?

I am way ahead of you I downloaded it and printed it out. But If the the ground is bad of the EFI relay, then It will not work properly....correct? have a brand new ignition switch, and the efi relay is a few months old, and new/ used AFM and tests at I think 201 ohms which is the 180 ohm specifications. so I have to check the grounds and see what the problem realy is.
  15. zmaster replied to zmaster's post in a topic in Electrical
Ok I think I have Finally figure out the problem. I did all of the tests on the ecu connector, and it turns out that all of my grounds do not read continuity, or battery voltage, the same goes for the ecu power input. My theory is if there is a bad ground the power input wount work ....right??? If that being the case, I will just rewire all of the grounds, and that should fix my problem.
