  1. no it doesn't.
  2. now I have something to start with. so far this site is more helpful with this question than hybridz.org
  3. too my knowledge so far that I have learned about the 280z's is that I think after 75 they changed the efi system a little bit.
  4. I also have a 1975 280z coupe, and I am having the exact same problem as you are with your 280z. The rectangle box under the coil would be called a ballast resistor 1) Do your injectors pulse when you turn the ignition key to the on position, as it would to prime each of the cylnders? 2) Did you check to make sure the EFI fuseable link is in good working order. It is the wire circled in the picture. http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm195/hybridzmaster/EFIharness.jpg 3. I was told to read this thing called the EFI Bible, created for the 1975 280z it has everything you need to know about the EFI System. except the amp rating for the EFI harness. It also has the diagnostic tests you can perform on the ecu to see if each part of the efi system is functioning correctly here is the link. READ THIS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/efisystem/280zfuelinjectionbook.pdf I hope this helps you out. read this memorize this, and print it out if you have to.
  5. wow an answer finaly now I'm getting somewhere...it doesn't matter if your right or not, that was the first answer to the question i have been asking for about three weeks. Thanks. oh one wire on the positive side of the battery powers my amplifier to my subwoofers.

  7. I just need to know what amp rating this fuseable link is. http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm195/hybridzmaster/EFIharness.jpg this is on my 1975 280z coupe
  8. These wheels were on my 75 280z when I bought the car. http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm195/hybridzmaster/075.jpg

I need some good help, no one from hybridz.org is helping me out muchwith just simple questions. I have a 1975 280z coupe, and the fuel pump will not come on at allI have switched it to a 12v source, and it runs, and pumps gas. my question is what is the amp for the fuseable link for the EFI harness? http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm195/hybridzmaster/EFIharness.jpg thats all I have been trying to ask, and no one has an answer for me. so what are they going to do when their fuseable link blowswhen they are driving, and they need a new one, and they don't know what amp it is supposed to be??? oh and on top of that they just suspended my for 7 days, because I asked to many simple questions they keep saying are in my haynes book THAT I COULD NOT FIND! Well I have called the nissan dealership, and there computer doesn't go back that far so theres a dead end, I tried google, dead end, and I tried my haynes book dead end. I believe this could be the reason why my pump will not come on at all.
