WTB skyline in the US
I know seriously. I know about the one here but I can't afford $50k. Maybe I should have mentioned that first I would be interested in looking at some cars that were in the $20k range. I asked here hoping that someone knew of a car for sale personally. Most US skylines advertised are pretty sketchy. The black one in OH is the best example out of those IMO

If anyone knows of either a 70-73 Skyline KPC10 or even the KPC110 Ken&Mary, an R32, 33 or 34 GTR for sale in the states, please let me know. Also open to looking at an S15 silvia. Thanks in advance, Brandon

My dad invited the guys over for dinner that did his coilovers and Brake upgrades on the lime 72 car. I drove the 510 and they brought the GTR so it was a great photo op. Figured I throw a few of these photos on here while we wait on the next safari gold update <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3754130048/" title="IMG_3742 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3438/3754130048_2f18a44fcf_b.jpg" width="1024" height="585" alt="IMG_3742" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3753322679/" title="IMG_3698 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2433/3753322679_7c08f4b1a0_b.jpg" width="1024" height="684" alt="IMG_3698" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3753321925/" title="IMG_3695 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2664/3753321925_1f6da36a15_b.jpg" width="1024" height="684" alt="IMG_3695" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3754112270/" title="IMG_3669 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2460/3754112270_55ed707883_b.jpg" width="1024" height="684" alt="IMG_3669" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3754111628/" title="IMG_3668 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3501/3754111628_158ce5b1b1_b.jpg" width="1024" height="684" alt="IMG_3668" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3754108486/" title="IMG_3658 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3424/3754108486_83d6313239_b.jpg" width="1024" height="684" alt="IMG_3658" /></a> <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/14049800@N00/3753313181/" title="IMG_3663 by RVAE34, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3469/3753313181_51e23ec1a6_b.jpg" width="1024" height="684" alt="IMG_3663" /></a>

What color wheels
That is the exact car I was about to post. My personal favorite Z of all time. That is the color I would go with. Of course those are wats and the panasports won't look quite the same. My vote is for watanabes in gunmetal with polished lip just as above!!

Which Paint/Spray gun should i buy.
I started with a cheap $110 kit that had a primer and base gun, a clear gun and a detail gun. All HVLP. I got it at the local auto paint supply place. I used those guns for 4 years. They did well. I always had to do some wetsadning and buffing though. Great starter kit!!! Then I went with the Devilbiss plus gun. It was about $500 and makes all the difference in the world. I now lay down glass smooth clear!!! I would start with something cheap but stick with hvlp. Practice to get perfect. The prep work is the most important part anyway. Then when you get better upgrade

Nice RC model
Not sure if I am going to do anything with this or keep it for static display. I also bought an E-flite CX3 helicopter that I absolutely love!!!!

Paint Help!!
If the car is down to metal you use etching primer which bonds to the metal. I then use PPG epoxy primer which is much better at withstanding water and UV over many others. Then ready for base coat (lots of steps in b/t of course but you asked what type) I always buy PPG. I used to use Omni but the difference in quality is huge. You get what you pay for. IMO, my devilbess plus spray gun made the biggest improvement over the el cheapo HVLP guns. My clears come out glass smooth and hardly ever need to be wetsanded now I would think a gallon of sprayable (after mixed with hardeners, reducers, activators etc) would be enough for the primer with a little leftover. I know California is a different animal with automotive though so watch out for the EPA if this is a home job. I thought Cali was going to water based only.
