I was at the meeting. Group Z has not shut its doors permanantly. It was talked about but the treasury has not been disolved. We have some new blood on the board. Things are changing, with the idea to use facebook to kick around ideas for events and to do to more events instead of having regular formal meetings. This may or may not work but what was happening was not working and the club was fading. There is still a small but good group of folks over there. We will have to see how this plays out. Scott

I love these wheels on my car. However, I do not like the additional weight the thick offset adaptors add. I am looking for a similar wheel with the correct offset so I can ditch the adaptors. If I had the correct zero offset wheel the wheel would have a deeper dish look.
  5. I have had a bad experience with Top End Performance in Hollywood. Top End I believe runs a redline weber website www.webercarb.com. I will spend my money with another dealer. SInce your webers are toast, have you thought about moving to OER's or Mikuni's? There was a guy selling new oer's in the classified section for a good price. Go to www.wolfcreekracing.com for Mikunis. Triple Dolorados (spelling?) refurbished are a good buy from e-bay. There is a guy who just does those carbs on ebay, very reasonable prices. From all the info I have gathered, any of the above carbs would be a better choice than webers. Thats my 2 cents, Scott
