does anyone know where I can get some rims like these. They dont have to be the same manufacturer just this style with the crisp straight star edge and everything like that.

I did let him drive it, he grinned and I knew he loved it but I don't think that it did the trick. I think he is scared because he knows i drive on the fast side and if I had a car like this I might as well ride with a policeman in the passengers seat. I don't know but it looks like I'm not purchasing this car. It might already be sold, I was 1 of 2 guys interested. The other dude was in europe. So whatever. I could always get a z and convert it to one of those anyways. Thanks for the replies.

Well, Im new here and only 16. I was at the local car mart saturday and i saw a nice looking 71 240z for about the right price. I called the guy and test drove it today, Sunday. The car was sweet. It had a 280z engine/tranny in it. ported and polished head, mild cams, air dam, rear spoiler and nice exhaust. That car flew like no tomorrow. I loved driving it and it was pretty quick for a n/a car. Just wanted to share. I need to convince my dad to get me this car because he just bought my sister a car so he claims to not have enough money. Damn punk. :mad: Don't worry, I'll get it somehow.

How about a 280z engine/tranny into a 240z? I'm about to buy a car like that.

hey what's up, I'm new here. I was at the local carmart today and there's a 71 240z for sale. looks pretty nice. Has a 280z engine/tranny swap and a nice air dam. going for 2900. Could you guys do me a huge favor and give a list of stuff to check on it. Need it ASAP because i'm checking it tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
