  1. There is a crimping tool used for putting on door skins. I would also use some seam sealer around the perimiter too. I'd also like to know where you found door skins.
  2. Sounds familar to me. Been doing that for awhile.
  3. I ran mine through the dish washer. They came apart easily after a hot scrubbing wash.
  4. Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the stock tire be 195/70/R14. You may have the wrong size tire on the car.
  5. Make sure that the choke nozzles are not stuck in the down position. This would cause flooding and not allow to start. Make sure that your choke cables are fully functional too. They should both open the exact same amount and fully retract when closed.
